Store in a cool dry environment. Only refrigerate if room temperature is above 20c. ( If storing in the fridge, keep in a water-tight container to avoid spoiling by fridge moisture). Shelf life: best before 6 months from date of purchase.

Milk chocolate: minimum cocoa solids 33.6%, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, milk solids 21.8%, cocoa mass, emulsifier soya lecithin, natural vanilla. Fillings will also include: marzipan (nuts), fondant, caramel: (glucose syrup, sweetened condensed skimmed milk, sugar, water, cocoa butter, modified starch, thickener:agar-agar (E406), flavours, emulsifiers:mono-and diglycerides of fatty acides (E471), sunflower lecithin (E322), salt, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), preservative: potassium sorbate (E202) (milk), freeze-dried fruits, ginger, natural plant flavourings, coffee, mixed nut praline.
