Despatch and Delivery Information

We despatch to all UK mainland addresses, Scottish off-shore islands, and the Scilly Islands. There is a standard delivery charge of £4.50 per delivery address sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Orders over £65 are delivered free of charge.

All orders are despatched by Royal Mail Tracked Service and are subject to any service delays that are experienced by them due to shortages of staff, or other reasons affecting the service.

We aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days from receipt of order. It may be quicker than that, but please allow for this time when placing your order. Any orders received after 2pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday (unless this is a bank holiday, in which case, the following Tuesday), due to Royal Mail collection schedules.
