Shipping policy
Despatch and Delivery
- We normally aim to despatch orders within 2 to 3 working days after they are received, subject to availability, except during peak periods such as prior to Easter and Christmas and during Bank Holidays, when despatch times will vary and may extend to 4 working days from receipt of order. Any orders received after 2pm on Fridays will not be despatched, at the earliest, until the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday) to avoid goods being held within the postal system over a weekend period and to guard against any deterioration of perishable goods.
- Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour as standard unless you select Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour at check out.
- Despatch and tracking notifictions will be sent to you directly by Royal Mail so that you can see the progress of your order.
- Your order will be sent to the address you provide when placing your order and we are not responsible for any errors you have made to the details of the address. If Royal Mail are unable to deliver the order because of an incomplete or incorrect address and it is returned to us undelivered we will not issue a refund as the goods are food items and are non-returnable for reasons of food hygiene. We will re-send the items out to you but you may be liable for the payment of further shipping costs.
- If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your order for other reasons and have returned it to their depot they will leave a card advising you of where the package is and how you may obtain it. It will be your responsibility to arrange collection or redelivery with Royal Mail and we cannot be held responsible for any deterioration of the goods caused by a delay in you making these arrangements.

We despatch to all UK mainland addresses, the Scottish islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles. There is a standard delivery charge for Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour Service per delivery address, unless Tracked 24 is selected at check out. We regret, but any orders received for delivery outside of these areas will be refunded and cancelled.
Orders over £65 are delivered free of charge.
UNEXPECTED DELAYS TO DESPATCH AND DELIVERY
All orders are despatched by Royal Mail Tracked service and are subject to any service constraints or delays that are imposed by Royal Mail and which are outside our control.
You can collect your order in person by selecting the pick up option on checkout.
