Ginger and Lime Dark Chocolate Bar

100g chocolate bar. Smooth, 55% cocoa dark Belgian chocolate, flavoured with a hint of lime and embedded with crystallised ginger. A sublime flavour combination. Individually hand made in small batches. Recyclable and biodegradable packaging.

Store in a cool dry environment. Only refrigerate if room temperature is above 20c. ( If storing in the fridge, keep in a water-tight container to avoid spoiling by fridge moisture). Shelf life greater than 12 months.

Ingredients: dark chocolate: minimum cocoa solids 55%, cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier soya lecithin, natural vanilla. Crystallised ginger, castor sugar, natural lime oil. Allergens: soya. May contain traces of dairy products or nuts due to the environment where they are made. Not suitable for people with dairy or nut allergy. Vegan and vegetarian friendly.
