Store in a cool dry environment. Only refrigerate if room temperature is above 20c. ( If storing in the fridge, keep in a water-tight container to avoid spoiling by fridge moisture).

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, chufa powder (16.5%), resistant dextrin, emulsifier:sunflower lecithin (E322), natural flavourings.
