Store in a cool dry environment. Only refrigerate if room temperature is above 20c. ( If storing in the fridge, keep in a water-tight container to avoid spoiling by fridge moisture).
Shelf life: white chocolate 9 - 12 months; milk chocolate 12-18 months; dark chocolate 12-24 months.
