Chocolate Covered Ginger

Crystallised Stem-Ginger, dipped in dark velvety Belgian chocolate, encased in a crisp outer shell.
Supplied in turn top bags.
Guide weight of ginger: 150g.

Store in a cool dry environment. Only refrigerate if room temperature is above 20c. ( If storing in the fridge, ensure the jar is screwed tight to avoid spoiling by fridge moisture).
Shelf life greater than 9 months.

Ingredients: candied ginger (sugar, citric acid E330, preservative) 35%, dark chocolate 35% cocoa solids, sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, vegetable fat (palm SG), whey (milk) 65%, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin (E322), glazing agents: gum arabic, shellac E904.

Allergens: milk.

Made in an environment where a variety of nuts are used and may contain traces. Not suitable for people with nut allergies.
