Chocolate Salami Log

A subtle blend of dark chocolate, nuts, cherries and kirsch, this is the perfect hand-me-round at the end of a superb meal. The log will slice into 8 to 10 pieces, making it a very tasty, unusual alternative to mints and a great complement to after dinner coffee, liqueurs or brandy. Also great offered as a petit four.

Storage: Long shelf life.

Store in a cool, dry place. In warm conditions (for example hot weather, or a very hot room), your log will benefit from refrigerated storage to enjoy at its best - pop it into a damp proof container or freezer bag to keep it away from the moist atmosphere in the fridge. Just bring to room temperature for a few minutes before slicing.
