Chocolate Speculoos Log

Formed into a salami styled log, our chocolate speculoos log combines traditional Christmas spices, fruits and chocolate, and is perfect for slicing and sharing around, or slicing and eating a slice at a time. Each log will give you 8 to 10 slices, depending how thick you like them.  

Speculoos biscuits, with their distinctive flavoured ingredients have been a Continental favourite for generations. We've taken a traditional Dutch family speculoos recipe and adapted it to bring you all the flavour of festive speculoos biscuits, but with a smooth chocolatey base.

Individually made by hand from ethically sourced chocolate and natural ingredients.

Storage: Long shelf life.

Store in a cool, dry place. In warm conditions (for example hot weather, or a very hot room), your log will benefit from refrigerated storage to enjoy at its best. Pop it into a freezer bag or container to keep free from fridge moisture and just bring to room temperature for a few minutes before slicing.  

Ingredients: milk chocolate (Minimum cocoa solids 33.6%, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, 21.8% milk solids, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla), coconut oil, speculoos paste (glucose, fructose, condensed milk, sachorose, wáter, gluten free extract of malted barley, speculoos spices) thickener (carrageenan E407), vanilla powder, preservative (potassium sorbate E202), praliné (hazelnuts, walnuts, peanuts, sugar), pecan nuts, cocoa powder,  cinnamon, vanilla paste.     

Allergens: soya, milk, hazelnuts, pecan nuts, peanuts, walnuts.  Made in an environment where a variety of nuts are used and could contain traces of other nuts.

Any orders received after 1pm on Fridays will not be despatched, at the earliest, until the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday) to avoid goods being held within the postal system over a weekend period and to guard against any deterioration of perishable goods.
