Hot Chocolate Flakes

Melt 50g of these chocolate flakes into very hot milk, or milk substitute to give you a delicious mug of rich hot chocolate. Available in milk chocolate, for a creamy latte type drink, or dark chocolate for a richer chocolate flavour. Can be used with chocolate velveting machines.

Tub contains approx 250g of flakes.

Store in a cool dry environment. Only refrigerate if room temperature is above 20c. ( If storing in the fridge, keep in a water-tight container to avoid spoiling by fridge moisture).
Shelf life: 9 to 12 months.

Ingredients: Milk Chocolate Flakes: Minimum cocoa solids 33.6%, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, 21.8% milk solids, cocoa mass, emulsifier: Soya lecithin, natural vanilla. Dark Chocolate Flakes: Minimum cocoa solids 55%, cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, milk fat, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla.

Allergens: soya, dairy.
