No Added Sugar Chocolate Christmas Bundt

Our Christmas Chocolate Bundt brings together no added sugar milk chocolate, dried apples, apricots, raisins and golden sultanas, with almonds, hazelnuts, orange pieces and cinnamon. Puffed amaranth adds a little crunch.

Shaped like a bundt cake, the chocolate ring is topped with white chocolate, flaked almonds and golden sultanas. Put it in the centre of the table and cut into pieces to share, or give it as a Christmas chocolate gift.

The milk and white chocolate are sweetened with maltitol. The finished bundt also contains natural sugars from the fruit, milk and orange pieces.

We recommend storing in a refrigerator only if it's over 20 degrees, but if so, bring to room temperature to enjoy at it's best.
