Sugar Free Hot Chocolate and Biscuits

Make your own sugar free real hot chocolate. Stir 30g of callets into piping hot milk or milk alternative until melted. Cosy up and enjoy with a biscuit or two.

Options: Dark chocolate (makes a good strong cup) with mild ginger cookies. Milk chocolate (makes a very creamy cup) with chocolate chip cookies.

Weight of biscuits 150g per box. Supplied in a draw string cloth bag, makes an ideal gift. Callets guide weight: 250g.

Store chocolate callets in a sealed container at normal room temperature. Shelf life greater than nine months.

Once opened, keep biscuits in an air tight container to stop them going soft.

Milk chocolate callets: (sweetener: maltitol** 42%, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass 11.3%, (emulsifier: soya lecithin), natural vanilla). Allergens: milk, soya.

Dark Chocolate Callets: Cocoa mass 45.9%, sweetener (maltitol (E965) 43.6%), cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin (E332), natural vanilla. Allergens: soya.
